Tickets are now on sale for the 2020 Gymnastics World Cup, taking place on 28th March 2020 at Arena Birmingham.

Watch as top gymnasts from all over the world battle it out for a spot for their country at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. As the only Olympic qualification event in Britain, and with more gymnasts than ever before taking part, this is a must see for all gymnastics fans and sports fans, and this is your chance to fly the flag and cheer on Great Britain’s gymnasts before they fly to Tokyo.

Part of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) World Cup Series, watch as 12 male gymnasts go for glory in the afternoon session. Who will show flair and stamina on the pommel horse and floor, demonstrate extreme strength on the rings, and pull off strong routines on the vault, parallel bars and high bar? Then, in the evening session, 12 female gymnasts will take to the arena to wow the crowds with grace and composure on the beam before unleashing power yet control on the vault and uneven bars.

Last year, Joe Fraser, Jamie Lewis and Ellie Downie represented Great Britain in Birmingham against some of the world’s best gymnasts.

“Competing in the Gymnastics World Cup in my hometown of Birmingham was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve had in my career!” Joe said. “The crowd were unbelievable and I’m sure that motivated every gymnast – it definitely inspired me.

“The 2020 Gymnastics World Cup will be even more special in an Olympic year, with every gymnast on top of their game looking to impress. It’s definitely going to be a brilliant event to watch.”

With the all-around champion of each session taking the maximum Olympic qualification points home for their country, the pressure will be on to perform perfect routines.
