UPDATE: Results will go up here!

According to the UEG’s Twitter account, the link below is indeed where to stream the senior sessions! They gave this link for the juniors. Olly confirmed that he and Blythe will be commentating for senior qualifying as well!

Euros start this week in Germany! Here’s everything I’ve gleaned from FIG/UEG documents and various other sources on the women’s championships. (Men’s is after the conclusion of women’s, and as this post is long enough, I’ll hold the MAG stuff for a subsequent post.)

The biggest question is always how to watch. The answer I have right now is a best guess, but Eurovision Sports is the place. In the past they have not required VPNs to watch, and replays are available. No idea whether qualifying will be streamed yet, nor if the junior sessions will be streamed. (ETA: juniors here, according to the UEG.) I will update this post as information surfaces, but I expect this to be the place to watch. (I also expect this to be the place where you can hear Olly.)

Times are given as local/US Eastern.

  • Tuesday: Senior podium training (10am-8pm/4am-2pm)
  • Wednesday: Junior podium training (10am-8pm/4am-2pm)
  • Thursday: Senior qualifying subdivisions and AA final — also the Worlds qualification round (10am-8pm/4am-2pm)
  • Friday: Junior qualifying subdivisions, team final, and AA final (10am-8pm/4am-2pm)
  • Saturday: Senior team final (2-3:40pm/8-9:40am)
  • Sunday: Junior apparatus finals (10am-1pm/4am-7am) and senior apparatus finals (2:30-5:30pm/8:30-11:30am)

Format: teams of 3-5 or 2 individuals per country. Qualifying will be 4 up, 3 count. The senior team final will be 3 up, 3 count.

Thirteen teams will qualify to Worlds on the basis of the Thursday qualifying round. 23 individuals will also qualify based on Thursday’s AA standings.
